SygmaLIFT’s latest second generation HIFU facelift (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) is the newest treatment for non-surgical face lifts. HIFU SygmaLIFT facelift entirely transforms face lifts into a pain-free, injection-free and surgical-free experience for all users.
HIFU SygmaLIFT face lift consists of focal lines and micro ultrasound to rejuvenate the face non-invasively. It concentrates 1000 intersecting beams of ultrasound energy at a target depth in the skin tissue with extreme precision. Each beam of energy creates a progressive thermal and mechanical action that enhances the drainage of fat cells and eliminates it.
HIFU SygmaLIFT facelift has an innovative Tri-Micro Focal Ultrasound feature which allows it to target 3 depths of skin (at 1mm, 1.5mm, and 2mm) for the production of collagen and to stimulate collagen production. This triple focal pulsed mode is able to target the eyes, forehead and mouth, and is clinically proven to stimulate bioactivity, remodel collagen fibres, promote oxygenation and regenerate tissue from the inside-out. The result is a HIFU procedure that is comparable to a full facelift, mini facelift or other surgical procedures and surgical facelifts by plastic surgeons. By tightening and lifting not just the skin layer, this type of facelift is perfect for facial contouring and treating sagging skin or excess skin.
HIFU SygmaLIFT facelift also incorporates Cold Laser technology to further promote healing and tissue repair. Cold Laser has been studied for over 30 years and has shown to enhance skin glow. The 635nm red laser works at 2 levels of the skin – at the epidermis and deeper subcutaneous tissue, to increase collagen synthesis and growth factor production.
In addition, HIFU SygmaLIFT facelift uses a low-level laser in a process known as photobiostimulation. This low-level laser therapy emits photons which trigger skin DNA to function again at its full capacity.
The main difference between HIFU SygmaLIFT facelift and Ulthera is the pain. As HIFU SygmaLIFT facelift uses fractionated HIFU, it is literally painless. Ulthera, on the other hand, uses very focused large beams of ultrasound energy which tends to case a lot of pain during treatment.
Both HIFU SygmaLIFT and Ulthera result in skin tightening and face lifting effect.
The recommended frequency for HIFU SygmaLIFT is once a week treatment over a span of 3 to 6 weeks. Effects are immediately visible and can last up to 12 months. Ulthera, on the other hand, is done in 1 session and shows results over 2 to 3 months.
